Its production unit is located in the south of France, in Mazères in Ariège (09). From its strong roots, the company develops and installs more than 400 lodges per year on campsites. ...a whole profession
The component parts of the lodges are produced at the Mazères manufacturing site by specific workshops for canvas, iron and joinery. This manufacturing process allows us to maintain control over the quality of the materials that go into the lodges and to offer fully produced lodges made in the same factory. The wood workshop specialises in the production of kitchen and storage furniture. It also carries out electrical and plumbing work prior to assembly. The wooden floors and frame elements are produced within the group by SICOB, a joinery company owned by the Finadorm Group.
Lodges CIAT illustrates its commitment to sustainable development by using wood from sustainably managed forests. It also pays special attention to the end of life of materials, which is why waste is sorted and recycled during the production process or on construction sites.
Lodges are transported by a dedicated carrier that uses lorries equipped with Crayler forklifts for unloading. The components that make up the lodges are thus monitored and controlled until they are unloaded as close as possible to the locations. The assembly teams are exclusive to Lodges CIAT.
